Ruiji-RQⅢ actuator selection

1.Overview

The new generation of intelligent RQⅢ series electric actuators can be quickly set, checked, and inquired nonvasively through an independent setter. The actuator uses a graphic dot matrix LCD display to show the working status and alarms of the actuator, such as torque, position, limit setting, etc., in the form of Chinese, numbers, and graphics, as shown in Figure 1-1. This greatly facilitates the operation and of users. The actuator has automatic protection functions and explosion-proof functions, and there is no need to open the electrical box cover of the working actuator in hazardous for adjustment, parameter inspection, and fault diagnosis. By using the fieldbus communication card, a fully distributed computer collaborative working system can be formed to achieve remote data collection remote communication, and remote diagnosis and maintenance. Due to its advanced, reliable, and convenient operation, it is welcomed by a wide range of users and is widely used industries such as petroleum, electricity, metallurgy, and water treatment.
