Product overview 

The regulating damper is used to regulate the medium flow in the boiler flue and air duct. It is used to control the medium and other parameters 4.in the system by different medium flow rates within the range of 0-90° of the blade rotation. It has the characteristics of flexible rotation excellent regulation performance.

Performance features

1.The regulating damper blade rotates within a 90° angle stroke range, with the full stroke opening and closing usually ≤50s

2. The regulating damper structure is a louver-style damper structure, with an external linkage mechanism designed to open or close the simultaneously 

3. The blades adopt an airfoil-type structure, which has good rigidity, high strength, and low resistance

4. Electric/pneumatic actu are used, and the electric and pneumatic devices can be directly connected or connected to the damper through a bracket base 

5. The electric device adopts intelligent integrated, which can be operated locally or remotely, and also has a manual/electric switching function for use during installation, commissioning, and maintenance 

6. The connection between the damper and the flue can be flange connection, flange welding, or insert welding

3. Installation position: horizontal flue, vertical flue, inclined flue . 

4.Medium of circulation: cold, hot air or flue gas

5. Design pressure bearing capacity: ≤6000Pa 

6. Design temperature resistance ≤400°C

7. Stroke: 0~90° 

8. Leakage: ≤1% (sealed type structure
