Product Overview 

The cold and hot air plug plate type isolation door is mainly used for reliable isolation of cold and hot smoke and air pipelines in boilers, ovens, cement kilns, etc. The isolation door can also be used as a regulating door, with round, rectangular, single plug plate type, double plug type doors.

1. This damper has the function of adjustment and isolation, which is flexible to adjust and has good isolation performance

2 .The damper operates flexibly and smoothly without any jamming during normal operation

3. After the door is closed, there is no internal leakage, external leakage, shaft sealing, no gas leakage, and no air leakage. The air leakage rate after closing is less than 0.1%

4. The frame, seat, door plate of the double plug-type isolation door all adopt a cavity structure made of heat-resistant steel, ensuring that the equipment has no thermal deformation. Special sealing devices ensure there is no internal leakage in front and back of the door plate and no external leakage at the shaft neck

5. It can use manual, electric, pneumatic and electro-hydraulic actuators

6. It can be operated remotely or controlled by a program, which is conducive to the automation of the process

7. connection methods include flange connection, insertion welding, or direct butt welding connection
