1.Indicator

2. Output shaft 

The output shaft made of hard-chrome steel and high-precision one-piece output shaft meets both NAMUR.105211 and DIN3337 standards. Customized dimensions and stainless steel can be made according to customer requirements. 

3. Cyl body 

The ASTM6005 casting aluminum alloy cylinder body can be treated with hard anodizing, ring resin (dark blue, orange, yellow etc., according to requirements), PTFE coating, or chrome plating to meet different requirements. 

4. End cover 

Metal powdering on the surface of casting aluminum alloy with various colors, PTFE coating, and chrome plating treatment. 

5. Piston 

Double pist rack, made of cast aluminum hard anodizing or cast steel chrome plating treatment, symmetrical installation position, fast operation, long service life, and simple inversion the piston can change the rotation direction.

6. Stroke adjustment 

Two independent stroke adjustment screws can be adjusted conveniently and precisely ±5. 

7. High-performance spring

Made of high-quality materials, coated, pre-compressed assembly. It has strong corrosion resistance and a long service life. can safely and easily disassemble the single-acting actuator and meet different torque output ranges by changing the number of springs. 

8. Guide plate,

Made of low friction, long-life composite materials, avoiding direct contact between metal and metal, and simple and convenient maintenance and replacement. 

9. Sealed

Use nitrile rubber at room temperature working conditions, and use fluororubber or silicone rubber at high or low temperatures
