1、Overview R series intelligent split electric actuator is mainly composed of two parts: electrical part and mechanical part. Without the automatic phase sequence adjustment function, it is possible to damage the valve due to incorrect wiring phase sequence. With the automatic phase sequence adjustment function, wiring of the actuator power supply can ignore the phase sequence. 2. Valve position detection uses a magnetic absolute position encoder, and the output shaft drives the magnetic position encoder to rotate, and the generated encoded signal is input into the main control chip to calculate the current valve position value, which is used as the valve position display. Since the absolute encoder obtains the absolute information of the valve position, power failure and interference will not affect it, so the valve position obtained is always correct. . Torque detection, intelligent electronic torque measurement and control technology, makes the torque protection value can be adjusted linearly by the setter, with high precision and convenient use And it excludes mechanical wear and maintains stability for a long time. 4. The R series split-type electric actuator has a total of 3 wiring terminals for mechanical part and the electrical part.
