XingLi compact electric actuators offer two output forms — quarter-turn and linear displacement — in a compact design with small volume and light weight. They are particularly suitable for building automation, the food and beverage industry, and industrial applications such as water treatment, wastewater treatment and exhaust-gas treatment systems. A complete actuator comprises the output drive, electronic control unit (option), handwheel, travel and torque protection assemblies, and gear train.

Environment and Main Data (from the official installation and commissioning manual)

• Non-intrusive setting with LCD display: parameters are set via the LCD interface without opening the cover
• Pluggable double-sealed wiring unit: no rewiring needed during maintenance; double sealing maintains IP68
• Anti-condensation heater: after long storage in humid environments, power the heater for at least 48 hours before use
• Handwheel: clockwise rotation turns the output shaft clockwise viewed from the actuator toward the valve; torque protection is disabled while the handwheel is engaged — prevent over-torque damage to the valve
• Mechanical limit: quarter-turn types have mechanical limit rods in addition to electrical limits; after setting, run a full stroke to verify
• Environmental performance: no harmful gas or liquid discharge — a high-performance, low-energy-consumption product
