AUTORK's two fluid-power lines — electro-hydraulic and gas-over-oil actuators — serve high-torque/thrust emergency-shutdown duties and long-distance gas-pipeline line valves respectively, distinct from the electric series.
An organic combination of hydraulic, mechanical, electronic and control technologies; they overcome the low precision of pneumatic and the poor controllability of electric devices, with a simple structure and true mechano-electro-hydraulic integration — no external oil source or piping required; custom designs available.
Key application characteristics:

Intelligent electro-hydraulic actuator

EHA variant

EHA variant 2

EHA variant 3
The gas-over-oil actuator is core equipment of long-distance natural-gas transmission pipelines. Installed mostly in remote locations with poor infrastructure, they demand high automation, safety, reliability and long continuous running cycles, while remaining light, easy to transport/install/maintain, and remotely monitorable.
Main specifications (official):
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Driven ball-valve bore | DN100 ~ DN1,400 |
| Output torque | 20kNm ~ 500kNm |
| Working temperature | -20℃~+85℃ (optional -40℃~+80℃) |
| Power supply | 12VDC/24VDC solid-state LiFePO4 battery |
| Drive | Scotch yoke |

Gas-over-oil actuator

GOO variant

GOO variant 2
The LiFePO4 battery plus scotch-yoke drive combination lets the actuator perform remote monitoring and emergency strokes on dual energy inputs — well matched to unattended line-valve duty. For the group's export counterparts (3~700kN intelligent electro-hydraulic and gas-over-oil actuators) see our Greatork column.
