The HQF and HVQR are HENGCHUN's two series for safety shut-off duty: HQF excels in high-torque fast closing, while HVQR resets and closes automatically on loss of power — no external energy needed.
HQF High-Torque Fast-Closing Series

The HQF150 consists of a motor, gear train, electromagnetic brake, main shaft, trigger safety device, energy-storage mechanism, operating handle and intelligent control system; its drive unit is designed for fast-closing duty on emergency shut-off valves.
HVQR Power-Fail Reset Series
- Models: HVQR30, HVQR60, HVQR100
- Torque range: 100–1000 N.m
- Control: on/off, modulating
- Certification: IP68
- Applications: refining, new chemical materials, vessel ventilation systems and other valves requiring emergency closing on power loss
Designed for small gate, globe and butterfly valves, the HVQR features a unique power-fail reset function: light weight with high output torque, returning the valve to its safe position without external energy during safety or emergency events.
Selection Notes
- HQF suits shut-off valves with ample power supply demanding fast closing and high torque; watch full-stroke closing time and energy-storage condition
- HVQR suits fail-safe-position duty; match the reset spring torque against the valve differential torque
