The EHA-SY electro-hydrostatic actuator is developed by SCIYON on the basis of independent, controllable technology and is China's first electro-hydrostatic actuator to pass fully-domestic certification. It integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, motion, control and software technologies, combining the high power-to-weight ratio of hydraulics, the simplicity of electric operation, the reliability of solid-state electronics and the flexibility of user configuration.

The EHA-SY offers no external oil piping, high integration, redundant safety protection, fast response, high control accuracy and high power-to-weight ratio, with extensible functions such as hold-in-position, fast opening, fast closing and manual operation. It can replace pneumatic actuators, electric actuators and conventional hydraulic regulation systems in aerospace, shipbuilding, automotive, agricultural machinery, petrochemical, construction machinery, robotics and power industries.

General notes: stroke/angle is determined by customer requirements; control signal is analog 4~20mA (standard) with other signals optional, and the C series also supports digital nodes or 24VDC; dead band 0.05%~5% adjustable; safety mode is hold-in-position (standard) with spring-return or accumulator reset optional; higher output forces are customizable.
