Cost reduction is a principle always adhered to by SNNA. Each SQ actuator is integrated with an all-in-one frequency converter. This innovative concept is far superior to the traditional actuator solution of motor + reduction gear, which simplifies the mechanical structure and reduces manufacturing and application costs.

The basic control functions of the SQ control unit include motor power supply control, overload sensor control, solid-state reversing starter with mechanical/electrical self-locking function, and a monitoring control board that monitors all signals to ensure normal operation of the actuator.

The proportional control unit precisely modulates the valve opening proportionally according to analog signals. The valve position feedback unit converts the valve opening accurately into analog signals for feedback output.

All internal and external signals can indicate normal status or faults via LED indicator lights.
