The AKQ series is AUTORK's cost-effective compact part-turn actuator: streamlined from the IKT series in structure and functions while retaining almost all of the intelligent design — cover-free commissioning, LCD and menu operation; its valve-position sensing uses an absolute encoder, giving it a competitive edge among same-price products. In essence it remains a typical intelligent actuator, widely used in desulfurization, denitrification and water treatment.

AKQ relates to IKT as a streamlined version: for budget-sensitive part-turn duties within 600Nm (desulfurization/denitrification dampers, water-treatment butterfly and ball valves) choose AKQ; for infrared non-intrusive configuration and higher torque (125~3,000Nm) choose IKT.
